I was frustrated with this vet!!!
On my appointment day, due to the information I was given then finding out that wasn't the case..
Information given to customers needs to improve.
Some front staff attitudes particularly the older lady who opens the door sure she's been there awhile, if she's comfortable enough to treat people this way. I felt like when she spoke to me she was treating me like a animal đ Told me to sit 3 times when I needed to update my information before dropping my fur baby off...
Otherwise it's a really good place.
The doctor melted away all my worries and explained things to me even put a onesie on my fur baby after her procedure and carried her around absolutely amazing đ¤Š
One of the other nurses or head care technician I believe came in and visited with me and spoke with me on 101 acknowledged my concerns and even apologize for miscommunication and trying to make things right..
Honestly I mean that's all anyone can ask for right? â â â â â
But to make it a better experience for customers and their patients it takes admitting what was wrong what could have been better to move forward and to grow so I do feel everyone should be given the opportunity to explain and correct themselves hopefully communication all around and the front staff everyone will be on the same page...
The doctors hands down I would definitely go back.
The front staff and the manager, I definitely wouldn't want to deal with them again they are definitely not for the customer nor the patient..
I do feel bad because all of this could have been avoided!! The doctor had to deal with this also the head technician had to deal with this..They are the ones in the end that made things right..

I had a great experience when I was able to get my senior kitty (18 y.o.) in for a walk-in appointment following two cancellations from another local vet. Dr. Ron and Justin were great with my cat. They listened to my concerns and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. They both had an excellent "bedside manner" with my cat who was not happy to be there. The vet relayed the results of the exam quickly and explained everything thoroughly. This office has great communication and friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to take their pets!
Poor Lucy Danger, with an ulcerated eye. But she's on the mend thanks to the wonderful care she received from Young's Beauty Spa. (We NEVER call them "the vet"). Always professional, always helpful and great with their bedside manner. We moved to Cocoa Beach area two years ago, but we've returned to Young's because they really are the best. Don't mind the drive at all. Now if they could only make her cuter.
I called them early this morning because my dog Luna was vomiting all night from getting vaccines the day before at another vet clinic. The place I had taken Luna to was unable to see Luna for a possible reaction, so I brought her to Youngâs. The hospital is very clean and quiet. They took her right in, treated her with care, were kind to us, asked great questions about her history. They even put her name on the welcome sign in her room. They gave her medications and special canned food. Everyone was so nice and patient with us both. Needless to say, they are now Lunaâs established vet!! Thank you guys for such good care!!
The staff at Young's were amazing. You could feel the care they gave when I had to have my much loved dog to sleep. It was heartbreaking but the way the staff and doctor were so respectful and caring made the hardest thing that much more bearable. They have a private comfort room to allow clients to relax with their passing pets with soft music, dim lights and most importantly privacy to love on your pet so they don't feel alone. đ
This was my first visit with my dog Sophie and impressed to no end. Very efficient in scheduling, billing, and prescriptions. I am very happy with my visit.âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸
I have returned to Youngâs with my dog Sophie for her second visit and ...not so impressed this time and giving them 2 stars.
I would give 4 stars for quick response and timely appointment time but, maybe they are going so fast at 4:30 pm they are slacking in the Wellness diagnosis. I specifically asked about certain things, cysts, ear issues, and nail trimming which none were addressed on paper but, they had no problem taking my money. Stick with the same doctor over and over and donât settle for the last appointment of the day when everyone is whipped. They couldnât even manage to do a nail trim and my dog was so drugged she couldnât function. They basically said give her MORE drugs and we will try again. âď¸âď¸ NOT!
I am now on my third visit with a different dog and this was for an eye inflammation issue. I believe it was Dr Morales and she was over the top with her diagnosis in a good way. I assisted my pet in this visit and she was very professional, very patient, and helpful. It has been hit or miss using a different doctor each time I visit. I will stick with this doctor on future visits. âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸
We have been taking our pup here for about 3 years. We went yesterday for a wellness visit and two shots that she needed.
Our vet tech, Justin, was absolutely wonderful. He was so sweet to our baby and went above and beyond to make her feel calm and comfortable. He was informative, polite, and so gentle.
We are grateful to have crossed paths with Justin and grateful for our positive experience every time we visit this clinic. Thank you, Youngâs!!
I want to help others looking for a vet in the area, donât go here. I recently moved into the area and my dog broke her tooth. I brought her here thinking they would let me know whatâs best, the vet said extract the tooth. It was expensive but if a vet recommends it Iâll do it. Then when I bring my dog in for the extraction, the vet doing the extraction took one look and said she didnât need it, but still did anesthesia and a very expensive teeth cleaning which really wasnât needed, no apologies just pay it, and couldnât even say my dogâs name right after clarifying with multiple techs. I then find out the pet program they recommend to save time and money gives the same discount we get with my husbands military status and was locked into a program for a year. The same pet program that advertises âdiscounted nail trimmings and free examsâ however you canât get a follow up appointment for 3 months, when most places now do walk in nail trims for 10 dollars. I tried nicely asking to cancel the pet program via email because I had already spent 7 months paying it and they basically said nope you can pay the remainder or wait until it expires and call in to cancel or weâll renew it. As soon as I put in a BBB complaint they immediately cancelled the program and called to apologize but too late. Donât get scammed by this place.
